Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns

    • Unused, unopened products are eligible for return within 24 Hrs of delivery.

    • Products must retain original packaging, labels, and hygiene seals (if any).

    • For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.

  • How to Initiate a Return

    • Email us at info@vanshanaturals.com with:

      • Your order number

      • Reason for return

      • Photographs (if the product is damaged)

    • We will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions (reverse pickup or drop-off).

  • Return Shipping

    • You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective / wrong item).

    • Use a reliable courier and retain proof of shipment.

  • Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within [5-10 business days].

    • Refund will be made via the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).

    • For COD (cash on delivery) orders: we may offer a bank transfer or UPI refund after return is accepted (similar to what other brands do). 

    • If any item in the return is found to be used or not in a returnable condition, we may refuse the refund for that item.

  • Order Cancellation

    • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing us at info@vanshanaturals.com.

    • If cancelled before dispatch, we will refund the full amount.

    • If cancelled after dispatch, you will need to initiate a return (per the return policy) once you receive the product.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., limited edition products, gifts, or hygiene-sensitive items).

    • We will clearly indicate non-returnable items on the product page at the time of purchase (if applicable).

  • Exchange Policy

    • Currently, we do not offer exchanges — only returns followed by a re-order, unless specified otherwise.

    • If you want a different variant (size / formulation), you are welcome to place a new order after returning the original (subject to availability).
