  • Delivery Time

    • Standard domestic delivery: 3-8 business days, depending on location and courier partner.

    • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID (if applicable) to monitor the shipment.

  • Packaging

    • Products are packaged securely to prevent damage.

    • We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible (since we are a “naturals” brand).

  • Damaged / Lost Shipments

    • Inspect the package on delivery. If the seal is broken or the product is damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos and report to us within 48 hours at info@vanshanaturals.com.

    • For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve.
